1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these terms and conditions are set out below:

• "Platform" — The jaty9 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on jaty9 or is using the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Any financial transaction placed from the user's wallet to participate in a game or event.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted by jaty9 for promotional purposes, which cannot be withdrawn until specific wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a user must wager before a bonus can be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jaty9 platform, registering an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

jaty9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at jaty9, the user must meet the following conditions:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the jaty9 platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of the account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• The account password must be kept strictly confidential and no third party may be given access to the account.
• If any unusual activity or unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the jaty9 support team must be notified immediately.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To prevent fraud and ensure platform security, jaty9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a government-issued ID, national identity card or passport copy, and proof of address.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Refusal to submit documents or provision of false information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus balance held in that account.

5 Account Closure & Suspension

jaty9 may permanently close or temporarily suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions, in particular operating multiple accounts.
• If evidence of bonus or promotion abuse is found.
• In cases of providing false information or identity fraud.
• Participation in fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activities on the platform.
• At the user's own request — self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

6 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at jaty9:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposited funds must come only from an account registered in the user's name. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing time may be longer in cases of bank verification or additional security review.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• jaty9 reserves the right to reject or hold any withdrawal request on suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

8 Welcome Bonus

On their first deposit at jaty9, users will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• ৳34,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳54,000

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

9 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus offers are for personal use only and apply once per account.
• The welcome bonus will be activated upon a minimum deposit of ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus funds will be automatically cancelled.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or strategic betting is found, jaty9 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• jaty9 reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

10 VIP Program Terms

jaty9's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tier advancement depends on the user's overall activity and loyalty. Once cashback is credited, specific wagering requirements must be met.

11 Game Rules

All games on the jaty9 platform are operated fairly and impartially. If any bet result is incorrectly determined due to a technical error, jaty9 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the wagered amount.

For sports betting, if any event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with jaty9's rules. Any mention of a team or player as an example in sports betting does not guarantee a specific game outcome.

12 Responsible Gaming

jaty9 is deeply committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Gambling should be an entertainment activity and should never be considered a source of income.

13 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through any form of cheating or unauthorized software.

• Attempting to interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

15 Intellectual Property

The logo, design, content, source code, and all related elements of the jaty9 platform are the exclusive property of jaty9 and are protected by intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

16 Limitation of Liability

jaty9 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. jaty9 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, or any other reason. jaty9 is not directly liable for any issues with services provided by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others).

Under no circumstances will jaty9 be liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the user's actual losses.

17 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the user should first contact jaty9's support team. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email ([email protected]) in Bengali and English. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement between both parties.

18 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that part will be removed from the terms and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
